Relic is a restaurant and lounge. Our kitchen's main fixture is a wood grill that cooks our burgers and steaks as well as many of our small plates to share. All steak and burger meats are dry-aged in-house in a Himalayan salt cold chamber. Unlike regular aging methods, Himalayan salt sanitiizes the air and gently flavors the meat.
